Did you know that your baby starts learning from the moment they’re born?

It might not always feel like it on the busy days, but every cuddle, chat, smile, and game of peekaboo is helping your little one grow and learn.

You don’t need fancy toys or perfectly planned activities. Singing nursery rhymes while you’re getting dressed, chatting as you make lunch, reading the same favourite story for the hundredth time, or simply snuggling together all help your child’s brain develop.

For babies and young children, you are their favourite toy, their safest place, and their very first teacher.

So if you’ve spent today building towers, singing silly songs, or pointing out birds on a walk, you’ve been helping your child learn without even realising it.
