GO WILD in the Jurassic Park!

Tuesday 28th July at Birkenhead Central Park

A reticulated Python called Junior, a bearded dragon and a tarantula were the truly wild stars of our first 2015 Summer Holiday event for families.

Ten families, which included 9 mums, an aunt and a grandma and 23 children aged from one to nine years old, gathered in the community room at Birkenhead Central Park to enjoy a presentation by Exo Teach.

After a brief introduction we all got the chance to ask questions and get up close and personal with the animals.  Junior was the main attraction “he felt dry and warm” as he wrapped his nine foot length around his handler and performed for the cameras!  “That was amazing, thanks” summed up the afternoon.

Thanks to Debbie the Tesco Community Champion who came along to support  and provide refreshments and of course to Exo Teach for their friendly and informative presentation.

Looking forward to seeing everyone for our next Summer activity on Tuesday 4th August at Beechwood library from 11am-1pm.
